My father was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia in March of 2010.
In October 2010, we put a team together and participated in Light the Night.
Light the night is the annual nationwide fundraiser and awareness event for those fighting a blood cancer. It is a unique event as participants walk in the evening while carrying a lighted balloon. At the end of the walk, you release your balloon.
